Custom software teams for companies that need to ship.

Trajectra builds new products, modernises the ones you already have, and embeds senior engineers into your roadmap — working your hours, wherever you are, at a rate that makes sense.

No pitch deck. We'll tell you on the call whether we're the right fit.

What we do

Three ways to work with us

Most engagements start as a fixed-scope build and continue as a retainer. You are never obliged to do either.

  • Build a product

A working, production-deployed product — not a prototype. Web app, API, infrastructure, CI, and a handover that lets your team take it over.

    Best for
Funded startups with a validated idea and no engineering team yet.
    Typical
    8–12 weeks, fixed scope
  • Modernise what you have

Legacy systems brought up to date without a rewrite you can't afford. Framework upgrades, cloud migration, performance work, and the test coverage that makes the next change safe.

    Best for
Teams whose codebase has become the reason releases are slow.
    Typical
    Starts with a 2-week assessment
  • Embed a team

Senior engineers working inside your process — your standups, your board, your repository. Not a black box you brief and wait on.

    Best for
Product teams that need to move faster than they can hire.
    Typical
    Monthly, three-month minimum

Also available

  • Technical training

Hands-on workshops in React, Node, cloud architecture and system design, run against your own codebase rather than a toy example.

  • IT & technology advisory

Architecture reviews, vendor selection, and technical due diligence for teams making a decision they can't easily reverse.

  • Network design & security

Network architecture, infrastructure hardening and connectivity for organisations with on-premise requirements.

How we work

What happens after you book the call

No discovery theatre and no six-week sales cycle. You will know where you stand within a week.

  1. The call

    30 minutes

You describe what you're building and what's in the way. We tell you honestly whether we're the right team for it — and point you elsewhere if we're not.

  2. Written proposal

    Within 3 working days

Scope, milestones, timeline and a fixed price. One page, no obligation, and yours to take elsewhere if you want a comparison.

  3. Build

    Typically 8–12 weeks

Weekly demos against working software, not status reports. Code lands in your repository from the first commit, so you can watch progress without asking for it.

  4. Handover

    Built in, not bolted on

Documentation, runbooks and a walkthrough with your team. You can take it in-house the day we finish, or keep us on a retainer.

The commercial bit

The things most agencies make you ask for

You are considering trusting a team you found on the internet, in another country. These are the terms that should make that easier.

  • You own the code

Full IP assignment on final payment. No licence-back, no retained rights.

  • Your repository from day one

We commit to your GitHub organisation, not ours. Nothing is ever held hostage.

  • Fixed price, agreed up front

Scope changes go through a written change order. No open-ended hourly bills.

  • Thirty-day exit

Retainers end with 30 days' notice. No annual lock-in, no penalty.

Questions

Before you book

What timezone do you work in?

West Africa Time (UTC+1), and we work to your calendar rather than ours. UTC+1 is a convenient place to sit: a full working day of overlap with Europe, the UK and Africa, a wide afternoon window with the Americas, and a morning window with the Gulf and South Asia. Tell us your hours on the call and we will tell you honestly how much of them we can cover.

Are you a registered company?

Yes. Trajectra Technologies is incorporated in Nigeria, registration number RC 8464542, which you can look up on the Corporate Affairs Commission register. Registration details appear on every contract and invoice.

Who owns the code you write?

You do. Intellectual property is assigned to you on final payment, and we commit directly to your repository from the first day, so there is never a handover cliff.

How do you price work?

Fixed scope and fixed price, agreed in writing before anything begins. Retainers are priced per engineer per month with a three-month minimum. We give you the number on the first call rather than publishing a range that would not fit your project.

What happens if the project goes wrong?

You keep everything built up to that point — it is already in your repository and the IP terms are unconditional. Retainers end with 30 days' notice. We would rather end an engagement early than hand over something you cannot use.

How do we pay you?

Bank transfer in USD, EUR, GBP or NGN — whichever suits you. Invoices are issued against milestones for fixed-scope projects, and monthly for retainers.
